These dams were once used to provide electricity and sometimes watering. Most of them have no use anymore. A friend of mine who lived out in the countryside walking on a track simular to this one when a stoat stood in his way & just would not move. Standing on his hind legs just looking at my friend. I must add my friend is the dumbest person imaginable, my friend then walked upto this little harmless creature & can you believe it he bent down to stroke it & this cute little creature almost took his finger off !!

Why does I get this urge to get a pool chair and just float across that pond? ☺️

That SUV looked like well over the 30 MPH speed limit at the point of impact. I hope the idiot driver in the X5 ended up in jail for that ... however knowing what the UK judicial system is like , most probably not.

He may have been speeding, but you can see the car coming up the hill (and apparently with lights on) from quite a way back in the video (9 seconds in) and it then goes out of sight of this camera because of the curve) - so why was the other driver pulling out ?
